•  Reservation deposit and payment in advance required
•  Direct billing to approved Corporate Accounts
 •  Pets are permitted by Special Arrangement Only
                        
         Cancellation Policy:

         We make every effort to prepare for your visit including declining other reservation requests.
         
         
Daily
         & Weekly Reservations: Cancellations up to the day
         before arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
         Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival will be charged
         the one night rate for daily and four nights for weekly
         reservations. The nightly charge wil be refunded (less $50)
         if we are able to rebook your suite.
         
         
Extended
         Stay Reservations: Cancellations up to two weeks before
         arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations
         cancelled up to the day before arrival will be charged
         one-half of the Reservation/Security Deposit. Cancellations
         on the day of arrival will forfeit the deposit monies.
         Deposit monies will be proportionally refunded if we are
         able to rebook your suite.
         
         
Extension
         Policy: A minimum of two weeks notice is requred for
         extension or early departure for month to month
